This was a truly amazing experience for me. My journey started with an introduction to daily meditation and yoga practice, this is something I have continued on my return home. I felt totally inspired and accepted as a person by all at your retreat. Being able to discuss and share life’s experiences with other like minded people has helped to restore my faith in human kind.

Sentatori retreat has been a sanctuary of healing and wellbeing for me. Practising yoga in this nurturing environment has helped me to come into my core strength physically, emotionally and spiritually. I’ve come away from the training with a strong understanding of the importance of the breath, meditation techniques, asanas and how to practically apply them for myself. I felt inspired by the knowledge shared during practice sessions and was touched by the passion radiated by the instructors.

I had a wonderful time at Sensatori Retreat. Possibly the best evidence of this were the comments from my colleagues on my return to work “ how relaxed and rested I appeared”. My goal is to keep doing the yoga and meditation taught during the week I spent at the retreat, it really was a most wonderful week. Myself and a group of friends have booked to go back later in the year. I met a wonderful bunch of like minded people during my stay and very much enjoyed chatting around life experiences. In the past I have found it difficult to discuss my thoughts and feeling on certain difficult situations I have encountered in my life. However, being in this serine environment, I found that I was able to open up and share without fear of being judged, for this I am truly grateful.
I also enjoyed the wonderfully prepared locally sourced food that was provided. The staff are all great, as are the therapists, it is very a special place.
